For Western Thrace, Ahıska, Uyghur, Crimean Tatar Turks, it is possible to apply for a long-term residence type provided that they have entered Turkey before January 2021 without the condition of being in Turkey for 8 years. For Turkish Nobles who have entered Turkey after January 2021, a residence application will be made through the short-term residence category with the type of “Administrative authority decision”(İdari Makam Kararı).
With this type of residence, which is specially arranged for Turkish Nobles, separate applications must be made for mothers, fathers and children. In the applications made for Turkish Nobles’ families, a separate application file and application form should be filed for each individual in the family. In residence applications to be made from this category, it is also possible to pass through other short-term residence types. It also provides the opportunity to apply for this type before the end of your previous residence.
In this type of residence for Turkish Nobles, residence application documents are submitted to the World Trade Center-Turkish Noble Special Office. A face-to-face interview is conducted with the Turkish Nobles who make the application at the immigration office. The long-term residence permit applications of the foreigners who have been determined by the Nomination and Determination Commission shall be concluded by taking the appropriate opinions of the Presidency of Migration Management.
As a result of the residence obtained, Turkish Nobles will obtain the residence card, known as the blue card. The residence card, known as the blue card, does not provide any exemption from the work permit application. Turkish Nobles who want to work must apply for a work permit separately.

- Residence permit application registration form
- 4 biometric photos taken in the last 6 months
- Copy of passport
- National identity document of the country of nationality
- Photocopy of previous residence permit card, if any
- Criminal record document
- Photocopy of title deed if the foreigner is staying in his own house, notarized lease agreement if staying in the rental house, notarized undertaking from foreigners who will stay with third parties
- Document or birth certificate from the authorities of his own country showing that he is a Crimean Tatar
