- First of all, the company’s Trade must be a joint stock, limited liability or sole proprietorship company registered in the Registry.
- Required Documents:
Application Petition: Company official
signed by the applicant.
Company Establishment Documents:
Signature circular of the company,
Tax Certificate.
Chamber of Commerce Registration Certificate: Company’sa certificate from the chamber of commerce in which it is registered.
Office and Equipment: Travel agency necessary technical equipment (computer, telephone, fax etc.) must be available.
Responsible Manager Certificate: Responsible in the company a document certifying that the person to be appointed as manager can work in this position. Responsible the manager must have certain qualifications and these qualifications must be documented
Required.Identity and Residence Documents: Company photocopies of the identity cards and residence certificates of the authorized persons.
- After the necessary documents are prepared then should be applied to the relevant regional directorate or headquarters of TÜRSAP must be made. The application can be hand delivered or sent by mail.
- TÜRSAP officials, application and after examining the documents, they will conduct an on-site inspection of the agency. Thi during the inspection, the condition of the office, the presence of equipment and the presence of the responsible manager compliance will be checked.
- If the review is positive, TÜRSAP certificate is approved and delivered. Traveling legally with this document you can operate as an agency.
- Once certified, every year a certain fee has to be paid. In addition, the cost of obtaining this certificate is around 410.000-TL. To explain detailed;
25.000-TL must be paid to the Ministry for the title.
7.000-TL must be paid as collateral fee (to the Ministry).
A total of 377.450-TL must be paid to Türsap for member registration and annual dues. (The dues fee is between 15.000-20.000-TL and for those who will register in 2024, the annual dues must be paid together with the registration.
