Below, we present for your information the restrictions to be applied within the scope of the circular on “New Measures Related to Coronavirus” published by the Ministry of Internal Affairs on 18.11.2020.
The restrictions that will be valid from 20.11.2020 at 20:00;
- Shopping centers, markets, barbershops, hairdressers and beauty centers will be open only between 10:00 and 20:00.
- Eating and drinking places such as restaurants, restaurants, patisseries, cafes and cafeterias will only be able to provide take-away or pick-up service between 10:00 and 20:00. The restaurant, restaurant or online food ordering companies will only be able to provide package service after 20:00 by phone or online order.
- Until 31.12.2020, the activities of cinema halls and until a new decision is taken, coffeehouse, coffee house, country garden, internet cafe / hall, electronic game halls, billiard halls, clubs and tea gardens and astro pitches will be stopped. The restriction for hookah lounges, whose activities were suspended before, will be continued.
- In all provinces; citizens aged 65 and over will be able to go out between 10:00 and 13:00 during the day, and citizens under 20 (born on 01.01.2001 and after) between 13:00 and 16:00 during the day (except employees who submit a document such as work / SGK record etc.), and outside these hours, citizens of the specified age groups will be restricted from going out to the streets.
Apart from these, a lockdown will be applied on the weekends, except from 10:00 to 20:00, starting from 20:00 on 21.11.2020. Within the scope of the circular, “the curfew will be applied from 20:00 on Saturday, November 21 to 10:00 on Sunday, November 22, and from 20:00 on Sunday, November 22 to 05:00 on Monday, November 23.”. This application will be valid on weekends until otherwise decided. During the lockdown to be applied on weekends, it is restricted to travel the city or intercity with private vehicles, but there is no restriction for plane, bus, etc.
In addition, according to the articles 5.1. and 5.2. of the circular we have attached, the workplaces, enterprises, institutions and persons which are exceptions to the curfew have been determined.
